  • Gicleé prints are the finest and some of the most sought after reproductions in the fine art world!

From the French derivative of gicleur, meaning "to spray", this printing process mists pigment based inks on an archival quality surface. Designed to last up to 200 years, a true gicleé print is stand apart with their extremely high level of quality, longevity and value compared to a standard print.

  • All print orders are placed with Kristina’s partnering foundry in Seattle, WA which is open Monday through Friday. The foundry’s lead times are usually 1-3 days but can sometimes take up to a week, depending on how busy they are with other orders. Upon picking up, Kristina adds any custom embellishments (if applicable) and protective spray varnish, which must dry before preparing your shipment. Once shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

  • Yes, if you ordered multiple pieces at the same time, in most instances, your order can be shipped together. There are exceptions to certain original orders due to size, value and shipping destination. If unsure, please contact Kristina directly at info@kristinavanous.com.

  • Kristina strives to ship every order as quickly as possible. Shipping times will depend on where you live. If your piece is being shipped within the USA or Canada, you can expect shipping times to take 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dropped off at the shipping carrier.

Originals take roughly a week to prepare for shipment to make sure everything is absolutely perfect and fits snuggly!

Please see the “Shipping Polices” section under Terms of Service for more detailed information about the shipping process.

  • If you have a question about your order, please be sure to ask through the contact page! Kristina receives several DMs daily on social media and if you are following up there about an order, it is extremely likely that it will be missed. The contact page is to keep everything nice and streamlined, so Kristina can get back to you as soon as possible.

Please only use the contact page unless otherwise specifically stated, and not any email address you may find elsewhere online or on social media. She is not able to guarantee a response as some emails are no longer active.

  • If you have ordered a limited edition print or a hand-embellished canvas print, yes your piece will be hand-signed by Kristina.

Standard open edition prints do not arrive hand-signed! Her original signature is of course printed on the fine art print along with the rest of the artwork, but standard open editions will never be available hand-signed.

  • To preserve the integrity of Kristina’s works that rise in value over time, originals, limited edition prints and hand-embellished canvases are the only works that arrive with a certificate of authenticity. Open edition prints and standard canvas prints do not come with a certificate of authenticity.

  • Kristina has decided to take a step back from accepting commission proposals for the time being to focus on her own creative flow and allow her collections to evolve naturally. If she chooses to offer them again, The Collector's Club will be the first to know!
